I went to see Jimmy for my issue with my arm. I hadn’t been able to fully extend it for a month and in 1 hr session i left being able to almost fully extend it. I was shocked!
Was also taken aback from the great deal of knowledge he has not only with the body but also with the mind.
During our session he gave me great insight and advice on ways to be living the best life i could.
My second session he again did wonders on my arm, which was out of the sling since first session but still in pain and needed work.
But his ability to remember everything we talked about in our fist session and again have such great advice for not only my arm and body, but my psyche and spiritual self as well.

Jimmy had developed his own myofascial release technique that goes deep but is actually quite relaxing vs the painful experiences I have had in the past. His many years of experience are evident in his ability to access upon first glance the areas in ones body that are out of Whack and the exact sequence to go about removing those layers that are restricting movement. I have only had two sessions and look forward to completing my package with the hopes that I will leave better than ever.

After decades of shoulder pain and trying everything to fix it. Such as multiple surgeries, physical therapy, active release, graston ,massages and tons youtube exercises. I came across jimmy bluff on Instagram. He seemed to be speaking on exactly all the same problems I was having. I couldn’t get out to California at the time so jimmy did a zoom call to give me things to try. He also mentioned he was probably going to be in PA in December. I did the foam rolling , stretches and exercises he suggested and I started to feel better. I got alot of relief just from the consultation. But I knew I needed a real session to get to the problem. Jimmy came to PA while visiting his family and fit a visit in for me. After 3 hours I can now fully extend my arms over my head without pain. Sleeping which hurt the most , was great on the 1st night. I now have to learn how to live without the pain, it’s a weird new experience that im not used to. He gave me a life back. Living with pain made me a miserable person. I am grateful. Jimmy is not like other physical therapist. He actually got to the problem and fixed it in 3 hours. The man is truly gifted. I saw Karen today for the Bluff Technique therapy. She learned very well from Jimmy Bluff to say the least, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I saw Jimmy a while ago now and felt completely amazing afterwards. So I knew I had to come back. I have done recreational bodybuilding for many years so I definitely have plenty of tightness and pain all over my body. Karen did a great job on working on my pecs, my delts, and spent a lot of time on my entire psoas area. It hasn’t even been an hour since my session, but my entire core just feels immensely better and I don’t fe so tight and stiff. Same thing goes for my delts and pecs. I’m so happy. I haven’t been able to lift weights in about 3 years due to progressive issues with my neck and back that I still don’t understand. After 3 hrs on jimmy table I have range of motion and painlessness I haven’t experienced in over 10 years. I will be back.

Wow! What an incredible session with both Jimmy Bluff and his apprentice Hasse. I’ve been working with chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists and stretchlab for over 30 years due to multiple knee surgeries, torn labrum (pitching) and broken bones from snowboarding. All i really wanted was to feel somewhat normal and play golf/sports with my kiddos pain free.

That was never possible until this last week thanks to both Jimmy and Hasse. On Friday, Jimmy scraped and worked aways years of hardened fascia and finally opened up both my shoulders and my biceps…..Then, on Monday, Hasse worked on my hips and lower body, literally relieving years of QL and hip tightness. I then went out and shot one of my lowest rounds of golf…and woke up this morning pain free!

I have followed Jimmy on Instagram for a couple of months and knew that his passion for helping people would be the only solution for my chronic back pain. Absolute miracle body work.

I really did not know what to expect but was desperate by the time I came to this practice. Pain in my hip and back that kept worsening and radiating from longstanding sports injuries. After 6 different practitioners of different modalities before coming here, this practice is the only one that finally helped!

Karen broke up the fascia originally and then Hasse was able to identify the precise deeper issues. Both were so skilled.

This practice comes with my highest recommendation. And I’ll be back! So relieved to know where I can go to truly relieve pain and keep myself moving and healthy.

It’s been a little over a month from my sessions with Jimmy.

For about six years Ive had a recurring shoulder issue on my right side from a sports injury (unstable shoulder) not long after that did I lose faith and confidence in doing anything active without my shoulder popping out. Rock climbing, surfing, pull ups, anything that which calls for stability in my shoulder. I gave up, I had already had two surgeries to re-stabilize tendons and presumably needed a third.

I had work done on my upper body & neck by Joern and it was like nothing I have ever had before. Absolutely amazing how much better I feel. I plan on going back a couple times per year to keep me going.

Jimmy is a true healer! His hands carry an energy you can feel! His technique is unmatched and the first time I’ve ever received body work with an astounding difference by the end of the three hour session. The first time I saw Jimmy was two years ago with frayed biceps and triceps tendons. I was previously told my arm may require surgery, but with Jimmy I was able to avoid that. He also fixed my winged scapula in that first session.

Last week I was able to see Jimmy again for another three hour session. He completely straightened my right leg which was pointing in four different directions (I’ve had four knee surgeries on that leg) the popping and clicking is gone in my knee now!
