Duration: 6 Months — Begins the Day You Enroll
During the six months, you will move through a structured, high-level blend of technical mastery, practicum hours, mentorship, Jungian coaching, business development, and immersive in-person intensives.
You will also receive exclusive access to two in-person trainings with Jimmy Bluff—each kept to an intimate group of only 6 students to ensure deep calibration and individualized attention.

What the Certification Includes
50 Hours of Practicum Sessions
Throughout the 6-month period, you will complete 50 hours of AMR sessions on clients, practice partners, or family members. These practicum hours allow you to integrate, refine, and embody the technique through real cases and hands-on experience.
Bi-Weekly Mentorship With Jimmy Bluff (60 minutes!!!)

1. Technique Review & Case Study Assessments
Jimmy will review your practicum reports, guiding you through case analysis, clarifying your questions, sharpening your strategic thinking, and teaching you how to feel the technique at a masterful level.
2. Personalized Business Consulting
Jimmy will advise you on how to elevate your brand, your results, and your business through the principles of the Bluff Technique—helping you grow your practice with confidence and differentiation in a competitive market.
Bi-Weekly Jungian Coaching With Maria Bluff
Every two weeks, you will also receive a Jungian coaching session with Maria Bluff, focusing on:
- Unlocking unconscious blocks related to performance, confidence, and purpose
- Integrating your Healer Archetype
- Expanding your inner capacity to hold transformation for clients
- Deepening your emotional and psychological embodiment of the technique
This part of the program is designed to empower your wholeness, intuition, and alignment—so that your presence becomes as powerful as your strokes.
In-Person Training Immersions (Max 6 Students Each)
Around the midpoint of the Program, you will attend a 2-day in-person calibration weekend with Jimmy Bluff and his apprentices.

During this weekend, Jimmy personally calibrates your strokes, precision, pressure, reading, and body mechanics—refining your execution of AMR at the deepest technical level.
Based on your case studies (Practicum hours reports) Jimmy will correct, guide and fine tune your practice, business and life.
Final: 5-Day Intensive Certification Week
Mid-Term: 2-Day Calibration Weekend
Near the end of the 6 months, you will attend a 5-day, high-level AMR intensive with Jimmy Bluff and his apprentices.

You will learn the detailed application of AMR to every major area of the body, including highly specific strategies for common misalignments, compensation patterns, and structural dysfunctions.

Bluff Technique Certification Program
Who is eligible to apply for the Certification Program?
Only students who have completed the Bluff Technique Level 1 Workshop are eligible. Being a licensed massage therapist or legally licensed in any professional modality that allows manual therapy is also required for the Certification Program. The workshop provides the foundational strokes and philosophy required to enter the deeper technical and transformational work of Certification.
When does the 6-month Certification Program begin?
Your program officially begins the day you enroll. From that moment, your practicum hours, bi-weekly mentorship, and Jungian coaching calls start.
How are the in-person dates scheduled?
During the 6-month period, you’ll choose from two date options for each in-person component:
- 2-Day Mid-Term Calibration Weekend
- 5-Day Certification Intensive Week
Final dates are confirmed based on majority preference.
Each in-person group is limited to 6 students only.
What are practicum hours and how do they work?
You are required to complete 50 hours of AMR sessions on clients, practice partners, volunteers, or family. These hours are logged and submitted to Jimmy, who reviews them during your bi-weekly mentorship calls to guide your progress, technique, and case study development.
What do the bi-weekly 60 minute calls with Jimmy Bluff include?
Each 60-minute call focuses on:

- Archetypal themes related to healing and service
- Emotional intelligence, intuition, and presence
- Integration of AMR as a whole-person, whole-psyche approach

What happens after I complete the Certification Program?
Upon fulfilling all requirements, you will become a Certified Bluff Technique Practitioner.
You will receive:
- Official certification
- 1 year featured in our Practitioner Directory on the Bluff Technique website
- Eligibility to maintain your listing through an annual license fee + recertification event
How long do I have access to the Practitioner Directory?
Your first year of visibility is included with Certification tuition.
After that, you may continue your listing through a license fee and recertification event to ensure quality and alignment with the brand.
Is this program suitable for beginners in bodywork?
Yes—many practitioners from diverse backgrounds, including massage therapists, PTs, chiropractors, estheticians, and holistic healers, have successfully certified.
The key requirement is the completion of Level 1, being legally licensed to perform manual therapy/bodywork and a clear commitment to growth, mastery, and service.

What is the cancellation policy?
You can terminate your participation in the Certification Program at any moment. In the event that you do so, you will keep the credit (if paid in full or the correspondent to the sum of installments paid up until termination), for a period of one year (365 days from the date of the payment in full or first payment), to be applied to other coaching or training programs offered by the Company. There is no refund of the payment done for any reason. To terminate your participation on the program, you must contact us at maria@jimmybluff.com. Due to the time and resources we invest in each of our students upon enrollment, as well as the limited spots we offer to each Certification Program and the high demand for those spots, no credits, refunds or cancellations will be provided for any reason if the termination happens within the duration of the program.
